Service is fundamentally important at Vitracom – and it does not end with the installation. Customers are looked after individually, even after installing the systems.

Vitracom provides a comprehensive monitoring service that continuously checks that the sensors are functioning correctly. This includes autonomous recognition of failures and breakdowns. Any errors that come up are classified and passed on to the Vitracom ticket system. The company’s own service team then takes over the correction of any faults and looks after its customers professionally and in person.
